Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare, all sales are final. We cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Each Flower & Fern product is carefully created in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients. Every jar, bottle, and balm is unique and made with intention — we appreciate your understanding that we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has an error, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at support@flowerandfernskincare.com so we can make it right.

After 30 days, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes adjustments to your shipping details, combining separate orders, or modifying items in your order.

Allergies & Sensitivities

We provide a complete ingredient list for every product to support full transparency. Please review each list before purchasing, especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

Flower & Fern cannot be held responsible for reactions or sensitivities to our products. We encourage all customers to perform a patch test before regular use and to introduce new products gradually.

Texture, Color & Scent

Because our formulas are made with natural botanicals, resins, and oils, variations in color, scent, and texture are completely normal — and part of what makes them special. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for differences in these natural characteristics or for personal scent preferences.

Shipping Conditions

Our tallow-based creams and body butters are made without synthetic stabilizers or preservatives. During warmer months, they may soften or melt in transit — this does not affect their quality or effectiveness.

If your product arrives melted, simply place it upright in a cool area or refrigerator until it solidifies. Refunds will not be issued for texture changes due to temperature.
