We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders of $50 or more (after discounts are applied).
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless another option is selected at checkout. Expedited methods only apply to carrier transit time and do not shorten our in-house processing time.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We look forward to expanding in the future.
Order Processing
All Flower & Fern products are made and packed by hand in small batches.
Please allow 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for order processing before shipment.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Please note that we have no control over USPS delivery times. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect transit times once your package leaves our hands.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
This includes combining orders, modifying product selections, or updating shipping details.
If you need to cancel, please reach out immediately at support@flowerandfernskincare.com.
We will do our best to accommodate your request before your order is prepared, but once processing begins, it cannot be canceled.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Our creams, balms, and body butters are crafted without synthetic stabilizers.
They may soften or melt in warm weather or become firm in cold weather — this is normal and does not affect product quality.
If your product arrives melted, place it upright in a cool area or refrigerator until it solidifies.
If frozen, allow it to thaw at room temperature before use.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We ship all orders in eco-friendly and recyclable materials whenever possible.
Please reuse or recycle your packaging to help minimize waste.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Flower & Fern is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@flowerandfernskincare.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll do our best to find a thoughtful solution.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will incur a reshipping fee.
If you prefer a refund, a restocking fee will apply, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
