STEP 1: MIST
Begin with a refreshing mist of whole-plant hydration. Wildwood Toner combines aromatic Douglas fir and frankincense hydrosols to refresh the complexion, replenish lightweight hydration, and help calm the look of redness and tightness after shaving. This forest-fresh botanical mist also softens the beard area and prepares skin for Step Two.
Unlike conventional toners made with added fragrance or essential oils, this botanical mist captures the naturally occurring water-soluble compounds and delicate aroma of the plants through traditional distillation. The result is a lightweight, forest-fresh toner designed for daily use on the face, neck, and beard area.

Our Process
We distill Douglas fir and whole frankincense resin through our traditional copper alembic, using water and time to capture their delicate hydrophilic compounds.
The resulting hydrosols are carefully filtered and blended into a fresh, aromatic facial mist without added essential oils or synthetic fragrance.
The Formula + Ingredients
Douglas fir hydrosol is distilled from needles harvested on our Oregon homestead, capturing the bright, resinous character of the living tree in water-soluble form.
Frankincense hydrosol is distilled from whole resin, contributing a warm, balsamic depth that rounds the crisp top note of the fir.

The Ritual
Mist generously over freshly cleansed skin, face, neck, and beard area. While the skin is still slightly damp, follow with Step Two, Wildwood Face Serum and Beard Oil.
Use morning and evening, or anytime the skin needs refreshing. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
